Inspired by the soon to open George Washington exhibit at the Missouri History Museum, Richard Nix, Jr. continued his "Classic Cooking" series in the Ladue-Frontenac Patch by celebrating Hercules, the personal chef for George and Martha Washington.  Learn more about this artist of the culinary world here.  Bixby's at the Missouri History Museum will pay tribute to Hercules beginning October 9th.  A section of the menu, Dining with the Washingtons, will include recipes that honor the founding father and his personal chef, Hercules.
